Cancellation policy

  • An order may be canceled for any reason prior to shipping with the exception of Special Orders.
  • Our Inside Sales staff can assist you with your order status.
  • Once an item has shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.

All items except for special orders and, pre-filled ATS lubricators may be returned within 15 days of receipt with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and prior approval. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. Initial shipping charges are not refundable unless C&L Supply was in error. All items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, etc. Special orders pre-filled ATS lubricators are considered Custom and cannot be returned except in case of defect. Defects must be reported to C&L Supply within 24 hours of receipt. Customer is responsible for inspecting items before signing for them. Do not sign for visibly damaged shipments. Refuse delivery and notify our customer service department immediately by calling 800-458-2377. Customers are responsible for damaged products if approval signature is received.

Return Materials Authorization
To obtain an RMA and shipping instructions, please call our customer service department at 800-458-2377. Requests for returns are generally processed within 2-4 days. You will receive shipping instructions along with your RMA via e-mail. Once an RMA number is issued, you may return the item at your convenience within the following 10 days.

Refunds and Credit
Returned goods are inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. Refunds/Credit will only be issued on items we determine have not been installed or used in any way, or on defective items. Once inspected and approved, a credit, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will be issued or refunded.
