The Classic Electro-Luber™ delivers precise amounts of grease to a single point for up to twelve months. It’s perfect for applications where manual lubrication is difficult. The Classic Electro-Luber™ is powered by a replaceable and disposable battery pack or an external DC power source, making it convenient to use in any location.

The Classic Electro-Luber™ is available in four sizes: ATS Electro-Luber™ 60cc Micro, 125cc Mini, 250cc Budget & 475cc Jumbo Luber.

Ultimate Luber™ 

The Ultimate Luber™ stands as a premium automatic lubricator, delivering grease or oil with precision in high-volume industrial environments. Specially designed for heavy-duty applications, it can intermittently service multiple points due to its large capacity and refillable reservoir. The Electro-Luber MD TM 2000 Ultimate is a self-contained, microprocessor controlled, motor driven automatic lubricator. The MD ULTIMATE unit is not a pressure vessel. The operation of the MD ULTIMATE lubricator depends upon the use of minor internal spring pressure forcing lubricant into a temperature compensating, fixed displacement pump. This dispenses the lubricant at pressures over 1000 psi. This pressure allows the MD ULTIMATE to be used with long feed line pipework, and it can even cycle progressive distributors, allowing one MD ULTIMATE to feed several bearings. When one or a combination of selector switches are turned on, the unit will activate at selected intervals. At each interval, approximately 1.25 grams of grease will be delivered to the bearing. The grease output is not affected by temperature or altitude.

Titan Lubers

The ATS Titan Oiler 2000 and the ATS Titan CL Luber™ Multi Point Lubricators are central to our Titan series, adeptly handling complex machinery lubrication. They deliver consistent, precise grease or oil up to 500cc daily.

• ATS Titan Oiler 2000: The Electro-Luber MD TM 2000 TITAN OILER is a self- contained, microprocessor controlled, motor driven automatic lubricator. The TITAN OILER uses gravity to feed oil into a temperature compensating, fixed displacement pump. This dispenses the oil at pressures over 1000 psi. This pressure allows the TITAN OILER to be used with long feed line pipework, and it can even cycle progressive distributors, allowing one TITAN OILER to feed several bearings. When one or a combination of selector switches are turned on, the unit will activate at selected intervals. At each interval, the TITAN Oiler will deliver approximately 2cc. of oil. This output is not affected by temperature or altitude. When the unit is empty it can be refilled by simply pouring oil into the reservoir.
• ATS Titan CL Luber™: The Electro-Luber MD TM 2000 TITAN CL is a self-contained, microprocessor controlled, motor driven automatic lubricator. The operation of the TITAN CL lubricator depends upon the use of minor internal spring pressure forcing lubricant into a temperature compensating, fixed displacement pump. This dispenses the lubricant at pressures over 1000 psi. This pressure allows the TITAN CL to be used with long feed line pipework, and it can even cycle progressive distributors, allowing one TITAN CL to feed several bearings. When one or a combination of selector switches are turned on, the unit will activate at selected intervals. At each interval, approximately 1.25grams (1.25cc) of grease will be dispensed to the bearings. This grease output is not affected by temperature or altitude. When the unit is empty, refilling is accomplished using a standard grease cartridge.

Jack Luber 

The JACK-LUBER TM is a self-contained, microprocessor controlled, motor driven automatic lubricator. The JACK-LUBERTM lubricator operates using a jack screw which pulls the piston down to the lubricant outlet. This dispenses the lubricant at a controlled rate at pressures up to 200psi. This pressure allows the JACK-LUBERTM to be used with long feed line pipework. When one or a combination of selector switches are turned on, the unit will activate at selected intervals. At each interval, approximately 0.5 grams of grease will be delivered to the bearing. The grease output is not affected by temperature or altitude. The JACK-LUBER ™ is available in 125cc or 250cc sizes and can be filled with lubricant of your choice. When the unit is empty, simply change the replaceable lubricant reservoir and battery pack.
